"cx complaint unit not cooling, checked unit, powered down upon arrival, all thermistors reading 68 degrees, compressor not running, test 39 compressor would not come on 120 vac at orion, resting pressures, -12' hg L, 0 H, no refrigerant in unit, pressurized 140 psi nitrogen, sprayed machine, and both evap compartments with soap bubbles, unable to locate leak called techline spoke with joe. ran test 40, no evap leaks visible, isolted cabinet both high and low, lost 2 psi after 20 min on low side, calledd back spoke with robert, unit sent for review."

cx complaint no cool. confirmed complaint. found compressor bad. ordering parts needed for repair; ordrng 1 W11592010 (compressor) and 1 W11109499 (drier) and 1 W11506635 (coupler) and 1 look (look)

cx stated upon arrival unit working at time and saw no point in me looking. stated he would call back if it failed again

arrived to find cx outside of warranty. advised of charge to find cx cancelled stating they would look for EPP prior to calling us back notified if unable to find epp diag was 120 and labor starts at 110 cx agreed
