"Customer complaint unit was not draining after previous visit. arrived today pulled unit out, drained water and replaced drain pump while doing so I had found heating element had brass bushings and needed to have heating element replaced due to service pointer above , replaced heating element reinstalled unit and ran test cycle unit now washed and drained properly checked for leaks and errors and had none unit is working as intended. Customer complaint unit is not draining. Water arrived today and verified complaint found drain pump is working and attempting to push water but is unsuccessful. Inspected drain line on back and found it was not pinched found drain line is black and a small diameter going under sink because kitchen is older. Explain to customer that we can order a new drain line but will not fit due to the diameter of the drain hose. Customer is going to contact his plumber to have them install new inlet under sink for proper drain hose. Customer paid service call and said he would give us a call if he needs us backjob complete; ordrng 1 W11414944 (Drain hose) and 1 W11497943 (Drain pump)

Customer complaint dryer will not start arrive today and tested unit and found when dryer. Tries to start it just hums have to jumpstart with hand by spinning drum. Remove power and disassembled unit. Replaced dryer motor and reassembled. Tested multiple times and with customer. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete

"Customer complaint unit will not power on arrived today and inspected unit and verified complaint found breaker was turned on, but at terminal block I had no power going into unit, pulled unit out to inspect power wire and found a plug and was installed on hardwire turn power off at breaker And found power wires on plug were not properly attached, causing no power to make it to the dishwasher. Fixed plug for customer. Reconnected power and secured wire to make sure it did not pull out. Tested unit and found there was a lot of suds used oil to remove all suds checked for leaks, and found none unit is now working as intended job complete"
