Cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected found cx didn't know how to start the unit cx service kept telling her to hit start however first time the start button is hit wakes the unit and the second time the start button is hit starts the unit. Educated cx on proper use and care tips

"Confirmed cx complaint unit not producing ice in fridge ice maker. Tested unit, found fill line frozen over, no water getting into ice maker. Turned on fill tube heater and melted ice, confirmed unit filling ice maker properly. Confirmed ice maker function. Cx states that he changed filters recently, advised cx that issue can occur when filter becomes restricted causing fill line to freeze over. Job complete."

Our propane range oven would not reach baking temperature.
Jarod diagnosed the problem and found the solution in 3 minutes.
The previous technician, Eric, had failed to push the oven gas control rod down to allow the propane gas to ignite.
Eric seemed to be in such a real hurry to move on to his next appointment that he overlooked a critical step.
Should we need another Maytag range maintenance call DO NOT send Eric.
