washer noise during cycle customer has video sounded like during a drain cycle tested unit when stopping clicking noise from cam removed cover plastic dust on one side of cam replaced cam and actuator ran diag cycle nolonger present started quick wash to apply weight to tub agitated normal andn drained than spun normal returning cam for qrr

per notes installed lp conversion kit tested cook top and oven flame normal wiped down as much soot as possible out of oven sugguest cleaning checked with leak detector no beeps locked door after finishing work

"gas smell. unit running on propane, was never converted from natural gas to LP. soot buildup on bake element blocking some of the holes. flames excessively high. unit needs LP conversion kit. derek w/ techline. authorization from safety. lp conversion kit; ordrng 1 W11379310 (LP conversion kit)"

sediment blocking cold water replaced and tested unit starting cycles

washer locked door during cycle and went into flood mood door was unlocked and unplugged on arrival plugged unit back in and entered diag stopped draining was able to start wash cycle unit draining normal water entering tub normal diag complete no errors drain fine water flow into tub good
