Replaced Control and sensor unit is working properly.

Cx Compolaint is the unit is shutting down early and not turning back on. Inspected uhnit and found error for moisture sensor also found control no working properly shutting uhnit down. Ordering moisture sensor and control; ordrng 1 W11525996 (Control) and 1 WPW10298258 (Sensor)

Replaced heater and IM unit tested and is working properly IM filled with water.

"Confirmed cx complaint minimal ice production. Found one tray of ice dropped, one in the ice maker half stuck in tray. Ran ice maker diagnostic test, ice maker turned over properly, filled properly. Water dispenser dispensing water. Checked use and care guide, use and care guide advises removing unit water filter if cx has reverse osmosis system as it can cause reduced water pressure which can cause issues with ice maker and water dispenser lines freezing up. Icemaker in freezer working properly. Called techline, techline confirmed that filter should be left out of unit as it can cause these issues, techline also advised to order a new ice maker as it may not be cycling as frequently as it's supposed to and can be damaged even if it's not displaying error codes/working currently.; ordrng 1 W11658802 (ice maker)"

"CX complaint is the unit isnt dispensing water or making Ice. inspected unti and can hear valve toggle on for water dispenser no water pulled top cover and found the valve and lines frozen, found in note from tech that ordered tower and sealer the sealer wasnt installed on IM or tower had some gum sealer and sealed up IM and tower and defrosted valve and lines. Now unit is working properly."
