cx complained unit wasnt stops cooling on and off. after inspecting unit notice thast whenever i wiggled the start relay unit turns off and on. unit is weorking as should right now but will need a start relay.; ordrng 1 W11547180 (start relay)

Customer complaint left side. Bottom of lid is defective and the plastic had came apart. Causing lid not to close all the way. Verified complaint removed old lid and replaced with new tested unit re-diagnostic cycle. Everything on unit sounds good job complete.

"Customer complaint unit stopped working during spin cycle and left water inside of unit arrived today and found unit was connected to power, but had no lights on consul tested voltage at wall and have 124 V AC remove consul and found when unit is plugged on, a solid, green light is on control, but no response and cannot get unit into diagnostic moderemoved all water from unit and ordering parts to come back with. Ordering extra parts just in case that way on return visit job is complete. Will return when parts arrive.; ordrng 1 W10919003 (Drain pump) and 1 W11481722 (Actuator) and 1 W11428524 (Capacitor) and 1 W11307244 (Lid latch) and 1 W11608058 (Control) and 1 W11665968 (Lower harness)"

Customer complaints. Unit door will not close to activate door switch after previous text visit he had found the unit needed new door hinges. Arrived today and verified complaint. Remove door and installed new door after hinges were installed. Tested unit door now closes all the way and activates door switch. Unit is working as intended. Job complete.

"Customer complaint unit had water leaking from bottom of unit after previous text visit he had found the unit needed a tub seal arrived today and was let in by Neighbor replaced tub, seal and reinstalled kick panel. Above his neighbors, phone number unit is now working properly job complete"
