customer stated that the unit wasnt washing. ran diag fnd no errors stored. ran unit and fnd units wash motor pumping fully during soak and wash.. customer to clean the unit and change detergent. the customer has hard water as well..

"w11412696 11.22 seal, w11622490 console, shipping 15, labor 120... units ui is out and will need the ui and seal. the customer is upset abaout paying for the repair. customer is contacting wpl for coverage"
