Found unit element was shorting to cabinet and caused tco to fail. was able to replace element and tco with pre i.d parts. retested unit and unit now works as designed, no further work needed. Ran havest test on icemaker and icemaker rotates, drops ice, and fills as designed, icemaker had ice in twist tray on arrival. Unit FC is 4*F. Expained how this particular icemaker works to the cx and gave advise to keep both doors closed for more ice production. Unit is working as designed, no further work needed. CX EMAIL ADDED."
