"cx complained that unit wasnt making ice and the draw was making noises when it closes.inspected unit found that the lower bin in the freezr wasnt seated correctly .i took door off and .reseated the bin on tracks to fit and slide correctly.also ran test 56 found 0 error codes ran test.57 icemaker harvested .ran test 58 unit is reading warmer than harvest temp. ran test 36 ice box fan working correctly .ran test 15 ice level sensor working correctly .test 45 and ice maker is filling with water.unit should be making ice could be dude to the drawer issue or we will still have a bad ice maker ,ordering icemaker ,call cx when part is avalible; ordrng 1 W11658802 (ice maker)"

installed new control .tested control and all buttons are working properly .unit is back to normal operation.

"Cs unit wont start a cycle, confirmed complaint. Unit was unplugged upoin arrival so no error codes. Test cycle revealed the motor just humms, replaced capacitor. Tested unit again. Unit is now working properly.; used 1 w11428524 (capacitor) from stock"

Replaced baffle motor and sealed up the gaps on cabinet. Unit is now working properly.
