cx complained unit has damp cloths at the end of cycle.and buzzin noise from the motor. inspected unit found loose screw on floor of the dryer put everything back together and buzzing sound was still there...ordering new motor; ordrng 1 279827 (motor dryer)

cx complaint unit is not working shows f2e2 error code when you plug washer in. inspected unit then plugged in no buttons work showing loss of power then f2e2 error code pops up. removed console and took apart and reseated ribbon connector and did not change anything the console is bad. gave cx quote for new console and he said i might just buy a new one. i recomended calling into maytag before getting a new unit. collected for service fee.; ordrng 1 W11478524 (console 254.05)

instyalled new motor and blower

"cx complaint is a whistling noise and the cx said it sounds like there are shoes in the unit even when shes not washing shoes. i found no saved codes. verified shipping bolts have been removed. found no tears in the bellows but i see some marks where its been rubbing. ran service cycle. unit completed the cycle with no issues. ordering shocks and bellows. unit is stacked, will need 2nd tech to take dryer down.; ordrng 4 W11094464 (dampers)s and 1 W11314648 (bellow)"

"rpelaced cold valve then went into diag cleared f8e1 error code then ran test 1 and 2 both had good flow and no leaks, test 12 completed wirh no issues. unit is good tog o"
