came out to resolve the issue. disassembled the unit as needed. replaced all parts. vac and pressure tested. unit passed. added r600. pressure holding at -4 on the low side. unit is running as designed.

came out to replaced parts. cut open the system and smelled what seemed like a compressor burn out. cut drier and found all beads sticking together and covered in oil. called techline and unit was deemed unrepairable.

"replaced both parts and tested operation. ice maker not filling. tested with the other ice maker delivered and this one filled. therefore, the first ice maker was faulty. unit is good to go."

"cx complaint unit not cooling , checked unit and found compressor kicking on at 9 amps and locking up . unit has no cool refrigerator - not cooling - . . . ordering full SS repair for unit . CX paid in full of 139 for service call; ordrng 1 W11574734 (compressor) and 1 W11598434 (evap) and 1 W11109499 (filter dryer)"

"cx complaint unit not making ice , checked unit and found ice maker lost home postion not allowing unit to cylce . tested and found valve on unit bad not putting in enough water to allow ice maker to cycle causing it to lose home postion . also slow flow out of water dispencer . ordering new ice maker and valve for repair. was going to use pre id but it was not sent over to me ordering all parts for repair .; ordrng 1 W11546935 (ice maker) and 1 W11546685 (valve)"
