came out and replace all parts on unit disassembledn and replace . tested unit is now running as designed .

replaced all parts and put the unit back together. put the unit back togehter. tested operation. unit making ice now in 28 min. unit is running as designed.

W11314394 x2came out to resolve the issue. disassembled the unit as needed. found the broken spring so the tub is not sitting straight. unit needs a new spring to resolve the issue before installing bellow. rescheduled for tuesday.; saved tckt

W11582241 convection fancx complaint the unit is not staying on for convection when the convection bake is selected. checked the unit and the fan motor is cycling on for about ten seconds and then turning off. not sure the fan is supposed to stop or not like that. read the user care guied and service manual and no description of what the fan normal operation is like. ordering fan and replacing control and fan together.; saved tckt
