isntalled all orderd parts and tested unit for cx. unit is workign as deisgned.

"cx complaint is a burning lint odor when unit is running. inspected unit and found noting out of place, no thermal damage. found duct was not attached in the back causing lin to pile up behind unit and give off a smell. put duct back on properly and cleaned up the lint. unit is workign as deisnged."

"cx complaint is the unit not draining and spinning. when i arrived unit has a little water visable in the bottom. ran a spin and unit drained, motor ran but basket did not turn. inspected under unit and found the coupler is not turning. its sitting at a strange angle, coupler could just be broken but even the side on the drive motor isnt turning so it may be the drive motor itself. ordering coupler, grommet and drive motor. schedule when available/apporoved.; ordrng 1 285753A (coupling,motor) and 1 WP62691 (grommet) and 1 WP661600 (drive motor)"

"cx complaint unit is not washing right said clothes come out wet at the end of cycle. inspected unit then checked for errors and had none service cycle started and got stuck on step 1 drum filled to top with water, so hit start to go to next step valves work good, unit didnt agitate correctly and did spin slow at end. i checked tub to find its stuck up and will not go back down. unit needs a new inner and outer tub and parts are covered for 120months. collected for service fee and left cx with quote.; ordrng 1 W10820039 (hub 23.18) and 1 W10518300 (inner basket) and 1 W10381078 (outer tub)"

"Customer complaint refrigerator was not cooling. Both sides arrived today and unit was pulled out from wall. verified complaint found no frost on back freezer wall removed panel and found good frost pattern but fan not running reset unit compressor came on and started cooling but evaporator fan never came on replaced fan motor with van stock and fan came on instantly. Replaced fan unit is now working as intended reinstalled all partsjob complete; ordrng 2 WP2315549 (Evap fan motor DX VS)s, used 1 WP2315549 (Fan motor DX VS) from stock"
