Cx complaint she does not like the way it operates. Arrived and inspected unit. Found no error codes in diagnostic mode. Ran service cycle and tested unit completed cycle with no issue. Re calibrated unit and unit is work as it should. Found the unit is hooked up to a 3 way plug which a freezer and a microwave is also hooked up too. Cx just does not want the unit and there is no issue with it. Unit is working as intended. Job complete.

"arrive today and was let in by maintenance. Unit is in a storage facility, disassembled unit and installed new control motor lid, lock and power cord after installing, I could not test unit because there is no receptacle for240 V in basement informed Office if they want to properly have this thing tested and needs to be inside a vacant unit that way we can properly test. I have no way of making sure whatever the issue was that it is fixed. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete"

"CX DOES NOT HAVE POP BUT PER SERVICE BENCH IN WARRENTY SO INFOMRED CX IF NEEDS SERVICE IN FUTURE WE NEED IT. cx complaint unit is not spinning. inspected unit then checked for errors and had none, let service cycle go and everything is working good. i then ran drain and spin and unit spins good. i then went over use and care with cx then noticed soap bag does not say HE so i looked up brand of soap on google and is NOT HE SOAP. infomred cx she needs to get soap with HE on it. told cx to call us bakc if still having issue with correct soap. unit is good to go"

cx complaint unit is not heating like it used said it taks 4 plus cycles to dry clothes. inspected unit then ran unit and was heating checked flow outside we have good flow no vent cover. i then opened door to dryer and its warm inside not hot at all. checked all fuses and heater and checked out good. ran unit again and is heating good we have good power to thermostats heater clicked off and never came back on. checked cycling thermostst and is open still and after everything cooled i got a nice click from the thermostst and now tests good. thermostst is going bad i dont have one in v/s gave cx quote and she agreed and paid in full call customer when part comes in; ordrng 1 WP503979 (thermostat 57.21)

replaced control and tested and control now works then preheated oven and is working good. unit is good to go
