CX complaint is WM will not agitate. Inspected/tested and found gearcase splines have chewed through the plastic splines on new agitator just like it did the first oneCalled WPTL and spoke to Rob. Explained findings and WPTL said the gearcase has to be replaced on return visit. CX rescheduled for Wed 4/19. afternoon preferred. all parts in stock; ordrng 1 W11454741 (gearcase) and 1 W10772621 (screw) and 1 WP3951744 (agitator) and 1 looik (look)
