cx complined unit stopped making ice . previous tech confirmed cx complaint. installed new IM and fill tube heater. turned power off to reset unit. checked for error codes. didnt have any. advised cx to give it 48-72 hrs so unit can make good solid ice.

Customer complaints unit is not cooling again arrived today and verified complaint found temperatures in the freezer at 56 and temperatures in the refrigerator at 62. Inspected freezer and found back while the freezer is completely frosted over again ordering defrost harness for this was not changed on last visitevaporator fan is working properly and the Mr. was changed last visit. Will return when parts arrive. Customer will have unit powered off because it is not cooling properly and has belongings in another refrigerator so on return visit we will not have to thaw unit out will return when parts arrive.; ordrng 1 W11650660 (Defrost heater w/ harness)

"cx complained door gasket was torn. confirmed cx complaint after inspecting unit. door gasket was torn at the top and bottom of unit. replaced gasket, used heat gub to soften seal. unit working as should"

called techlibne to report issues about water coming out of wax motor vent. TL willbe sending it over to whirlpool advisors

Arrived today and cx stated they just tested it and it did the same thing. After last visit Techline advised to change outside panel and vent wax motor again. Replaced parts and Cx stated they will test it again and let us know if it continues to happen. Job complete
