"Cx complaint is unit not cooling properly. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. On arrival found unit had no refrigerant in system. Pressure tested unit and found the leak coming from the pre cool line. Replaced line and compressor and drier from previous diagnosis. Had to use couplers from VS. Vacumed unit down and refilled with 4.50oz of 134A. Unit is now working as designed. Ordering to replenish VS. "cx complaint, dented door. replaced door per prior diag. new door was very mirorly dented. couldnt see it untill the plastic came off. the coupler ordered was the correct factory coupler for this unit but WP changed the design of the waterline. ordering correct coupler. unable to reschedule.; ordrng 1 WP4373559 (fitting)"
