"Upon arrival I attempted to get agitator off but it is siezed to the splines of the gearcase. I tried using penetrating fluid and tapping with hammer and then pulling up with dryer belt and the agitator wouldnt budge. I attempted for over 30mins. Ordering basker, outer tub, spanner nut and agitator as well as returning with all parts from prior diagnosis. Requesting a 2CT for a tub job. CX knows to inspect basket and tub upong arrival for any damages before calling us to return...; ordrng 1 W10752187 (screw) and 1 W11550891 (agitator) and 1 W10811960 (spin basket) and 1 W10909670 (nut-spaner) and 1 W11219115 (outer tub)"

"CX complaint is WM no spin out. Inspected/tested and found gearcase oil leaking pout of rotor. Unit has a loud geinding noise in spin. Also found hinge defective and has caused issues with lid no closing properly. Unit needs lid, hinges, gearcase, rotor/stator ad slider. This needs AIG auth. Cannot reschedule at this time; ordrng 1 W11259006 (lid) and 1 WP8563965 (lid hinge) and 1 WP8572974 (lid hinge) and 1 W11393685 (gearcase) and 1 W10915700 (stator) and 1 W10915701 (rotor) and 1 W10754448 (clutch)"

"Cx complaint is unit not completing cycles. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the unit had an f8e1 error code and had a defective inlet valve. Replaced valve from VS and unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.; ordrng 1 W11210459 (valve TF VAN STOCK), used 1 W11210459 (VALVE TF VAN STOCK) from stock"

"CX complaint is no wash and no drain. Inspected unit and found defective harness became detached from drain pump. Unit also has a defective lid lock. Ordering harness, control and lid lock. Made an attempt to get unit up and running and drain it out but wasnt able to get into testing to drain because lid wouldnt lock. Cannot reschedule due to part availability; ordrng 1 W11513248 (lid lock) and 1 W11643701 (lower harness) and 1 W11627413 (control)"

"Cx complaint is unit not draining/washing. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the drain pump getting power but not responding. Also found the sump to be weak when washing and acting strange during testing and diagnstics. Not sure if its a control issue or the sump starting to fail. Ordering sump, drain pump and control.
