i was able to access unit and replace the control as per previous tech. I tested unit and found unit now checks good.

"cx complaint is that the oven is not working. the stove top is functioning. upon arrvial I found that the unit is getting the proper voltage. I then tested the bake, broil and thermal fuse. All 3 tested within range. I then plugged the unit in and found that the relays on the control are not activating. I am ordering the control board. "CX complains unit continues to run drain pump even if unit is not being used. CX states unit is also not filling as much as it should be. j2.2-j2.3=20.v ohms. Due to symptoms and multiple visits for same concern, ordering control for return visit, return to be scheduled by office when parts arrive. Cx complaint is that the unit is not getting a lot of hair out in the trap. Upon arrival I found that unit is working cleaning the clothes well. I found that the unit has no error codes. I called TL and informed them of all my findings. Per TL The unit is getting as much hair as it can. It is affected by the type of hair as well as other factors. Unit is functioning as intended.
