Cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected unit Removed and Replaced the heating element.and fuses tested for proper use unit now functions normally

Cx complaint unit is not drying inspected unit found clogged vent barely a breeze coming out of outside vent unit will need a vent cleaning ; O-emld tckt

Replaced both parts and tested unit and unit is now as designed.

Cx complaint of unit not agitating. Did confirm loose connection on capacitor and capacitor hanging down. Reseated capacitor and connector and unit is now as designed.
