"CX complaint is loud noises from WM. Inspected/tested and found several issues with the unit. The agitator bolt is backing out from no thread loack and causing loud rattle and clothes to get stuck under agitator. Also Nut from pulley back completely off as well and made the pulley, motor and belt to become defective. Unit also has poor water flow into unit caused byt inlet valve. Ordering agaitalr, pulley, motor. belt and inlet valve. Cannot reschedule due to part avaialability. I did tighten splutch and agitator down to get CX through until we return; ordrng 1 W11213879 (belt) and 1 WPW10427633 (pulley shield) and 1 W10721967 (drive pulley) and 1 W10721967 (drive pulley) and 1 W11222082 (motor-drve) and 2 W10772621 (screw)s and 1 285825 (cam-agit) and 1 W11480892 (cam) and 1 W11561052 (coupler) and 1 W11418231 (washplate) and 1 W11205048 (inlet valve)"

cx does not have door. no show. needs to be shedfuled after cx receives door; saved tckt

Replaced all parts per prior diagmosis. After repair I calibrated unit and then retested. WM is now working properly and as designed. Job is complete

CX complaint is no ice. Inspected/tested and found IM tray locked in twist position and giving code of faulty IM motor. Tried several time to run test 29 and could not get tray untwisted. Rplaced IM and power cycled unit. Ran test 29 and the IM harvested completely and filled with water. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete

Replaced sump/motor per prior tech diagnosis. Tested unit after repair and it is now working properly. No leaks. Job is complete
