Cx complaint is that the unit is not turning on but has power. Upon arrival I verified that the unit is getting the proper voltage. I then accessed the rear of the unit and tested the element and thermostats/thermal fuses. I found that all of the componants tested good. I then inspected the timer and found that the knob is not turning the timer. i am ordering the timer and knob. please contact cx when the parts are available to schedule the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11685947 (Timer) and 1 W11708423 (Knob)

Cx complaint is that the unit is making loud noise during spin cycle. Upon arrival I found that the unit has no error codes. I ran quick wash with a load of clothing in it. I called TL while the load was running and informed them of what I have found. I then verified that the unit is excessively vibrating when spinning. TL recommends replacing the spin basket. I am ordering the spin basket. I informed the cx that the part will ship to them. They will inspect and inform the office when the part arrives.; ordrng 1 W11172199 (Spin Basket)

"Cx complaint is that the unit is not heating. Upon arrival I found that the drum is spinning but it is not heating. I found that the unit is getting the proper incoming voltage 122/122/244. I then accessed the rear of the unit. I tested the TCO and element and found that the element is reading OL. i was able to replace the element with one from VS. I then tested the unit and found that the unit is now heating as intended. Job complete; ordrng 1 279838 (Element AS/VS), used 1 279838 (Element AS/VS) from stock"

Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the control and encoder. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the unit is not drying clothes and has water leaking from under the unit. Upon arrival I found that the unit is heating. I checked the lint screen and found that it is blowing air out not pulling it in. I removed the vent duct from the wall and found that it is flowing through the vent hose but not past the wall. I found that the exit had something jammed in it not allowing the flap to open. I removed the obstruction and verified that the dryer is now venting properly. Job complete.
