"confirmed cx complaint unit not producing ice, Cx states it made one tray and stopped. found ice maker fill liine frozen over. Went to check water pressure, found 3rd party filter installed, removed filter, water pressure inceased significantly. Filter either old or misfit, restricted flow freezing up in fill line. Removed filter, advised cx to use manufacturer advised filters."

"Cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected unit found the front left valve stem will not turn completely only 3/4 of the way. Oddly looks like all the knobs are the same on the unit. this is a power burner usually has a different knob / settings unable to verify if the correct knob is in place. the knobs appear all the same, however dist states there is 2 different types of knobs ordering as well incase wrong knob is used on the burner.; ordrng 1 W11679667 (Manifold) and 1 W10872668 (knob/bezel) and 1 W10872674 (knob/beezel)"
