Cx complaint of f3e1 error. Did confirm and found unit had ALOT of soap build up. Rand water through washer and cleared pressure line. Advised cx on soap use and to run the clean washer setting twice to clear the soap.

Cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected unit Removed and Replaced the thermistor and harness tested and inspected for proper use unit now functions normally
