"CX complaint unit is displaying f3e2. inspected unit and plugged unit in and found unit began to drain and drain. entered diag and found f8e1, f3e2. cleared code and found unit is having a pressure related issue. replace control and found unit now checks good."

cx complaint unit was banging noise. inspected unit and entered daig and found f0e5. I cleared code and ran auto test and found unit finished with out issue. I found cx was loading unit wrong. I was able to talk to cx how to correctly load unit. unit checks good.

i was able to access unit and replaced the drain pump. i found unit now checks good.

cx complaint unit is still not drying. I found unit is working as design. I found heating circuit has a 6.5amp drawer and element is hot. I found cx is not using rinse aid. I advised cx to use it. unit checks good.
