"Replaced control per previous tech, restored power and compressor and fan began to run. Cool air was beginning to flow throughout both sections. Unit checks good"

Installed new evap and control. Unit is now starting to cool Rc unit is back to normal operations. I only had one cover.

cx complaint is she just moved in and went to run a cleaning cycle on unit and unit made a bunch of loud noises. tested and checked unit. sound comes from when unit first starts and when drain pump comes on. unit will need sump n motor replaced as well as drain pump as pumps are making the noise. as soon as everything goes through and parts are in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 WPW10455261 (Sump n Motor) and 1 WPW10531320 (Drain Pump)

"cx complaint oven stayed hot for hours after use, cx just bought house, at arrival temps 77/75 in ovens, preheated to 350, cracked to door to let heat escape, and unit cooled dow to 150 in 10 minutes, oven well insulated holds tmep well, cracking door will help release heat, temp never rose so no stuck relays, cx to monitor, if cxc calls back order main control W11099784 for possiblestuck relay , documented thru service matters and called in; ordrng 1 W11099784 (control)"
