"cx complained unit had no power and jot coming on. confirmed cx complaint after inspecting unit. checked for voltage at the outlet and was only getting 113 volts. called techline to report isssue becuse cx stated that the waterline behind the refrig. had bursted and caused water damage. techline advised to replace power harness , also ordering new control, could see water stain inside of control box . both parts; ordrng 1 W11196400 (control board) and 1 W11396386 (harness wire)"

Client complaint was front left burner did not work. Confirmed the issue saying that the switch was the problem replaced. The switch tested the unit burner worked as it should.

"cx complained unit was leaking water after a wash cycle. , after running diag and quick wash cycles. unit didnt leak. while running quick wash cycle i notice lots of suds in the unit. advised cx to not overfill unit with detergent. unit is working as should as should."

cx complaint filter reset no working. installed new filter and reset was good. advised cx to run 2 to 3 gallons through filter. repair complete

"Customer complaint unit is leaking water and making small pools of water at front. Left of unit arrived today to inspect unit and had no water leaks outside of unit due to customer leaving towel under door. Inspected in freezer side compartment and found no water or ice at bottom of freezer removed from panel to inspect waterlines and found no Leaking waterlines removed ice bin and found a lot of frost buildup under ice bin. Customer has stated they typically have to drain the water catch underneath of dispenser did not see any waterlines running down front of unit. Tested water dispenser and found nothing leaking from filter head, or at bottom waterline Ice bin was completely packed full and customer had said they do not use ice very often emptied ice bin and turned off icemaker, ordering icemaker for return visit, as well as Shute just in case the ice chute is not closing all the way and bringing warm air to bottom of ice bin Will replace items when we return. Instructed customer to take pictures if the water happens again that way, we can see exactly where its landing. ; ordrng 1 W11098702 (Ice shute door assembly) and 1 W10873791 (Ice maker)"
