cx says the unit is not hating good in the upper oven. started the upper oven bake cycle and can see the broil element heating good and dont fgeel any heat from the bake element. the lower oven i can feel the bake element heating quickly. no error codes in memory. pulled the unit out and the bake element is getting 20vac in cycle. isolated and found the element is open. the unit needs the bake element; ordrng 1 WPW10207398 (elmnt-bake(121.16))

there are large icicles hanging from the ice maker(pic) replaced the ice maker and the unit is now good

The cx says the unit is taking 2-3 cycles to dry the clothes. Usually they feel steamed but rarely the unit works correctly on a cycle. Started a timed dry cycle and the unit is spinning blowing and heating good. Installed the vent test kit and tag is pulled from the hanger immediately. Unit is getting 120/240/120vac. Heat cycles off at 155f and on at 126f. No lint built up at baffles. Called tech support and spoke with a Derrick. Found open moisture sensor harness.; ordrng 1 WPW10298258 (Harness)

"CX complaint: water not dispensing good.Inspected unit, confirmed CX complaint. Removed filter and was able to restore good water pressure. found The filter tips had black gunk on the ends and the filterhousing had black gunk in the fill tube holes. replaced Filter housing with pre id and tested unit. unit still works good without filter attached. once u put in filter water pressure dies. Unit needs new filter.;"
