"Customers complaint unit would not light after previous text visit. He had found that you didnt need a new burner head arrived today and inspected unit and verified replaced burner head with new tested unit unit lights every time within spec. Adjusted all burner flames unit is now working as intended. Explained to customer, these units have to have something over top the burner to help ignite properly. They were not built to light with nothing above per Techline job complete."

cx complaint will not turn on. arrived and unit turns on and bake/ boil is working but when you turn onr of the knob for the cooktop unit completely cuts off. after further inspection found that switch harness has been bypassed and is tripping breaker. unplugged unit and advised cx not to use this unit until harness is replaced. gave cx quote and they will call in if they wish to proceed with repair.
