Customer complaint is that when she sets the oven to 400° in convect mode it doesn't get to 400°. This is how a convection oven works it automatically converts your recipe. So if you set it to 400 it will run to about 375. Unit running properly replace control and sensor customer instruct

The repair tech arrived in the scheduled time frame and was friendly. However, within an hour of the tech leaving I realized that the problem was worse and we now have another problem. VIA appliance was not helpful as they said the ticket was closed and we have to make another appointment. Which will be in another 2 weeks. I first called in the initial problem the last week of November. Previous visits were fine, but this current issue is unacceptable as we should be given priority as the work was not performed satisfactorily.

Joe was able to only do so much with the dryer in that he felt that the problem was electrical. He provided good information on what he felt the electrical problem was.

Thomas was great. The old ice maker started working again. The first technician said my problem was the ice maker and to order a new one. The new old was found faulty by Thomas and put the original back in and it started working!?!?!?! Any explanations?
