"cx complaint units bake wont light. inspected unit and found spark module sparks but no ignition. I found ignitor has 122vac. I found gas valve comes on and I can smell gas. ordering bake ignitor, screws and a bake burner.; ordrng 1 WPW10324262 (bake ignitor) and 2 W11233072 (screws)s and 1 W10764654 (bake burner)"

"Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling. Upon arrival I found that the unit is room temp in both sections. I accessed the evap and found that the unit has frost on the cap tube but none on the evap. I then accessed the compressor and found that the compressor is running. I found it to be drawing .76 amps. I called FG and informed him of my findings. I am ordering the sealed system with compressor, evap and filter drier. "Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the cycling thermostat and the door seal. I found that the inner and outer door was warped and it causing the seal to not seat on the door frame properly. I am ordering the inner door, outer door and seal. I left the remaining adhesive at the unit. cx complaint that unit is taking long time to dry i found 2 things the element cycling way to long off and also the door seal is half torn and needs replaced letting heat escape.. call to reschd; ordrng 1 WP3387134 (cycling thermastat) and 1 W10861521 (door seal) and 1 WP279368 (high temp adhesive)
