Julian was very professional. He arrived on time and knew exactly what to do. He replaced the light in a matter of minutes. It’s working fine now.

Work was done to proactively replace a part before it failed, covered under warranty. The tech was very pleasant. The work was done quickly and without mess. However, I was very unhappy to discover by chance that he had said nothing of the fact that the filter was completely clogged, and that disgusting gunk had built up all around the door seal. He could have easily said let me show you some other ways you can keep your dishwasher running its best and shown me how to remove and clean the filter. It was clear from the build-up I had no idea this type of cleaning maintenance should be done. It's unfortunate this company does not teach its employees to educate customers on proactive care of their appliances while they are there. It would build customer loyalty.
