Customer complaint unti is not dispensing water or making ice. She has notice that when the ice maker is full the ice. The water stops. But after she empties the icebin then the water started working. Based on the complaint it sounds like evaporator is leaking air into the tank are and freezes when water is not moving. I removed the evap cover andd fiund gaps on the left side of the covver. Filled with permagum and the top evap coer was also leaking air. I seal all the gasp and tested. Unit is not leaking anymore. Called techline and documented the call and they said that what i did is a good enough fix and that should do it. The unit should be good.

Installed new manifold. TEsted unit is back to normal operations.

"Customer complaint unit is leaking gas and cx called the fire department they found a leak on the cooktop. I water/soap the connections and found the unit leaking from the supply line I removed it and addedYellow teflon and tested. Unit is not leaking. I tested the unit and was still having issues going out from simmer to high. I adjusted the valves and now the unit is staying on when going from simmer to high. Now i have lighting issues. Unit is clicking a lot before it lights. Unit may have an issue with the orifice holdes or the burner. Ordering burner, holder and caps. Call customer when parts are available.; ordrng 1 W10639869 (holder-orf) and 1 W10811599 (burnr-head) and 1 W10819916 (cap-burner)"

Installed new ice maerk and control. Tested ice maker is harvesting and filling. Damper is opening and closing. Unit is back to normal operations.

Replace pump and tested IM everything worked as it should but cx had a issue with the ice maker cleaning like not going off I told client to clean the ice make out And if the light doesn't cut off call us back
