Great, friendly service, Ricardo knew our washing machine and what to look for. He found the small nail stuck in the water pump, and had the entire machine back together in under 20 minutes. He tested and cleared the codes. I really appreciated the advice about keeping this particular Maytag, worth servicing. He is absolutely right, this is the first repair in 9 years of owning it. We now know exactly who to call if any of our appliances get an issue. Certain to recommend Via Inc. A Maytag authorized repair service.
