"Cx complained the rc did not cool. Inspected the unit and found at the p8 pin 1 to 2, the resistance of the rc evap thermistor is 4.69 which is around 55 degrees, the current temp of the rc but there is slight frost around the rc evap. In step 90, the defrost heater turned on. Reset the filter and it reads 'good' but if upon return, filter status comes back on, we will replace the side ui. Unit needs new control kit; ordrng 1 W11533213 (control)"
