Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't Heating. Checked power to the unit from the Terminal Block. L1 to N = 129.2 volts. L2 to N = 128.7 volts. L1 to L2 = 258.5 volts. I then checked the Tco. Tco is reading 0.3 Ohms. Checked the Heater Element. Heater Element is reading Open Line. Installed new Heater Element. Tested the unit. Unit is heating. Unit is working as Designed. ( I advised the cx to get a vent cleaning. I also advised to not use the dryer until the Vents are cleaned. ) Cx paid by Card in full. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures. )

Installed the Sump Motor. Tested the unit. No leaks. Unit is working as Designed.

Cx complained the unit did not wash. Inspected the unit and found that there is a motor failure error of 4.3. The unit fills and drains. Made sure the motor was connected and recieved power but does not activate. Unit needs new sump assy; ordrng 1 W11613479 (sump)

"Cx complained the unit had long dry times. Inspected the unit and found it heats and spins, but does not move air. Unit needs duct cleaning company. Install and instruct. Job complete"

"Cx complained that after multiple back to back usage, the unit would no longer heat until cooled down. Inspected the unit and found no error codes and good air flow outside. Explained all to tech support and they say that the cx is just letting the motor get too hot and it is normal use. Job Complete"
