complaint is unit still leaks and water is on the floor. this time there was water in drip pan. cleared and dried and tested and checked unit. unit filled and started running. no drip from water line or valve. let unit run awhile and was able to see a drip at left front foot and drip pan was getting water as well and drip hose was dripping. not seeing where water is coming from when unit was out. not a soap issue as running without. will order new sealed and run and test unit again while its pulled out. new home and not lived in yet and rescheduled for 12/12; ordrng 1 W11664713 (Lower Door Seal) and 1 W11483553 (Door Gasket)

replaced parts ordered and tested unit. tested first empty and unit ran a few min then went on cool down. put a wet towel over bars and unit ran then switched over to drying. unit now checks. job complete.

came out and replaced lid. tested and checked over unit. unit checks. job complete.

cx complaint is knob cracked and broke off again and timer seems hard to turn. tested and checked over unit. unit will need timer and knob replaced. unit was called in a few days before 1 year as well.as soon as parts are in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11685947 (Timer) and 1 W11675852 (Control Knob)

came out to look at unit. new home and not lived in and no one here. called builder and a worker said door is unlocked. checked unit. lower spray arm was off. tested and checked unit. drain pump came on then unit filled and stated to wash. placed arms straight and they were moving. canceled and unit drained good. F9E2 F8E4 F8E1 were codes in unit. did a auto test to reset unit and control. unit is runnning and checks. job complete
