"CX complaint: condensate in RC and scratch on RC door. Inspected and verified complaint. I heated and reshaped gasket and that now has a good seal. Ordering RC door and plug. Cannot reschedule due to direct to CX shipping. CX needs door sent to her permanent home in VA and she can bring it back to this house which is her vacation home.; ordrng 1 LW10636410 (dor-fip) and 1 W10830984 (plug-hndle)"

CX complaint: vibration sound returned. Tested and verified complaint. Previously i placed foam spacers between shroud and cover but that only briefly eliminated the sound. This time i placed them behind shroud where screws mount shroud and vibration sound went away. Unit is now working properly. Job is complete

Replaced lid latch as per previous diagnosis. Tested unit and it is now working properly. Job is complete

CX complaint: unit not powering up. Tested and verified complaint. I found that just a gentle pull on the drain hose actually brought the control back to life and it statyed on until unit was pushed back into position. Ordering drain pump. Cannot reschedule due to NW part; ordrng 1 W11539855 (drain pump)

CX complaint is lid wont lock. Inspected/tested and found lid lock defective and not in place. Because of localtion and type of unit with it being stacked this will require a 2nd tech to pull unit out to work on it. Cannot reschedule; saved tckt
