CX complaint is loud thumping noise. Inspected tested. CX immediately pulls out a dog bed and a comforter and then 2 towels soaking wet out of WM. I then ran every cycle and the unit had no issues at all. I went over use & care with CX and what and how to wash certain fabrics and what cannot be washed in these machines. She aid she understood and did not know. The WM is working properly. Job is complete
