Cx complaint is that the compressor is getting hot and the unit is not cooling. Upon arrival I found that the unit was unplugged. I plugged the unit is and found that the compressor turned on immediately.. I let it run for several minutes and found that it started to get warm and the lines had no noticable temperature changes. I also found that the interior had no signs of cooling. I found that the compressor is heating up due to a sealed system issue. I called safety and documented my findings. I found that the unit is not serviceable. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the unit is not spinning out the clothes and is making noise during spin. Upon arrival I found that the unit has an F0E5. I cleared the code and manually ran a spin cycle. I found that the belt slipped on the Splutch. I accessed the bottom of the unit and found that the sputch was rubbing the cover under heavy loads. I found that the splutch and belt is worn. I also found the the gearcase has severe play in the inner shaft. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid in full. I installed the motor belt and splutch. Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling as it should. Upon arrival I found that the RC temp is 35 degress. i then found the the FC temp is around 11 in one spot and 28 in another. I also found some prducts that were frozen beside products that were still liquid. I accessed the Fc Evap and found an ice ball in the top RH corner around the cap tube. I found that the unit has a SS leak. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx will not be going thru with the repair. I collected the service fee.

arrived plugged unit in and found the locked compressor as well.. was able to remove drier and compressor and pull vac of 29 in and fill to 56g r600 and allow time to cool. advised cx steps of what to expect.

Cx complaint is that the unit is only dispensing hot water. Upon arrival I found that the cx is running a clod wash cycle and the water is hot coming in. I entered diag and manually ran the hot and cold valve. I found that the cold valve is activating but hot water is coming through. I found that the hoses are hooked up correctly but the plumbing is switched at the shut off. I was able to switch the hoses around. I then tested the unit again and found that it is now dispensing water properly. Job complete
