cx complaint of unit not cooling correctly. checked unit and rc temp is 62 and fc is at 25. found evap frosted over. attempted to activate heater and did not turn on. removed all frost from evap and found heater ground and neutral connection not seated. unplugged and found bent pin. straigtened pin and re-connected connector and ensured locked in place. activated heater and heater activated. thermistor reading about 3k ohms out of ice and is good. unit is working as designed.

"cx complaint of unit not filling enough. checked unit and no codes found. verified pressure hose is good. operated bolth valves manually and are good. caibrated, tested, unit is working as designed. advised cx if she wishes to have more water enter unit to use deep fill and another setting other than normal/regular as will auto sense anyway on that setting. advised cx she could be liable for fees if she calls us back and no issues are found."
