cx says the refrigerator door is not even front to back with the freezer door. called tech support and spoke with a butch. was able to remove and reinstall the door correctly. door still sits out a little more at the top then the bottom. talked to mr about the door panels. cx is going to try to get the parts covered; ordrng 1 W10800806 (dor-fip(772.18)) and 1 jbsfs48nhl (panel(1799))

It is hard to imagine a better, more efficient, friendly service than that provided by Via. The service technician, Neil, was very knowledgeable and fixed my fridge in no time at all. He provided information about the service and part guarantees and who to call if I needed to activate them. The part that needed replacement was expensive but it is reassuring to know there is a service behind it that one can rely upon. The cost of the labor was about what I would expect.
