"CX complained the upper rack and lower rack falls. Inspected the unit and found that the adjusters can no longer hold the upper rack in place. "Cx complained of no water. Inspected the unit and found the reservoir is frozen. Air could be seeping from the evap, to the reservoir. Unit needs new gasket. Instructions could be found from pointer W10687916; ordrng 2 W10684392 (gasket)s"

Cx complained of long dry times. Inspected the unit and found no error codes and it heats and tumbles but no air goes outside. The vent in the rear is kinked. Made it straight and tested and still no air came outside. Removed vent and there is great air coming from the unit. Cx needs duct cleaning co. Install and instruct. Job complete

Cx complaint when adjusting timer on timed dry it does not adjust to correct time and buttons do not work intermittently. Inspected unit no errors stored. Adjusted time on timed dry and is not the same when starting unit.; ordrng 1 W11413567 (fascia) and 1 W11618917 (control)

Cx complained the unit did not make ice. Cx removed the filter and hasnt replaced. Explained that water goes through the filter before the water dispenser and ice maker. Installed and left behind a filter head bypass and the water dispenser now works as well as the ice maker. Job complete
