Per previous tech I was able to access and replace the heating element and control. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

cx complaint that unit is not going through the cycle as should be automatically. i found the unit to have locktite on the cam pulley nut is backing out and also not completing the cycle being the force of the weight of the laod pushing down and grinding the shield call to reschd when in and apporved.; ordrng 1 W10721967 (cam pulley) and 1 W11543997 (acu)

"cx complaint that unit is not heating what appears to be at all. when arrived ofund no noticable breaks in element and ran test foudn error code f7e1 no heat code. unit ran through test and when element came on had no heat, did not get 120 to element.. ordering W11087226 and bring elemnt back on return but no 120 to element; ordrng 1 W11087226 (control spec order)"

Cx complaint is that the unit is not washing the dishes properly. upon arrival I entered diag and found an F10 E2. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit is not getting enough water. I checked the valve and found that it was not open completely. I then als found that the incoming line had a kink in it from installation. I then started a normal cycle and found that the unit is now spraying and is functioning as intended. Job complete

cx complaint that unit is leaking from rightr side of unit. they had unit uninstaleld and nothing hooked up when arrived had to reinstall unit and test rsan unit starting @11:14 fillled allowed time to just wash. found the leak to be not present otday after 30 mins of running no leaks cx paid service and will await. to see if appears again possible loading/suds issue being no leak when ran empty. collected serv via CC
