Demonte arrived on time, introduced himself, and was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He performed inspection on the oven thoroughly and again professionally. He answered all my questions and I was satisfied with the visit. However, the oven itself extremely disappointing. Demonte explained that the oven temperatures one selects are correct and go to that temperature; however, the temperature drops during baking. This is a nightmare for cake baking. Other foods one can just cook a little longer. Apparently this is the way its made and one has no option but to either live with it, or get rid of it. It is a wonder that an appliance like is on the market. My previous KitchenAid oven was great. Again, Demonte's service and explanation were excellent. He should have a raise.

He arrived early!! I still don’t understand how the upper shelf stays warmer than the thermostat setting. I’m guessing it’s a design flaw somewhere inside the unit.
