"cx complaint unit still not making ice. inspected unit and verified complaint. found one batch of full size ice in container and very small cubes stuck on fascia but mold in icemaker is full. optics working good, icebox fan blowing good. test56 E5 timed icemaking. test 58 cool enough to harvest. test57 completes harvesting. test 45 fills with water. reordering icemaker for E5 error and ordering valve and fill tube heater for small cubes on fascia. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11579561 (triple valve) and 1 W11087201 (fill tube heater) and 1 W11658802 (icemaker(REORDER))"

"cx complaint item of clothing caught under basket blocking drain in tub. verified complaint. vacuumed water out then tried to run drain pump. found drain pump not running now. checked under unit and found white wire to drain pump tore out of connector so lower harness needs replaced. also noticed gearcase leaking oil and probably cause of wire getting ripped out if it was shaking alot with the comforter that was in unit. have to remove basket to unclog drain but basket is seized. advised cx we i can get basket out if i remove the gearcase but would have to beat on it with my hammer and it would more than likely get damaged. quoted 489.26 for replacing lower harness if gearcase is reusable, extra 300.73 if gearcase and slider need replaced also. cx declined repair at this time; ordrng 1 W11409746 (lower harness)"
