Was able to access unit and use mastic on anything making noises. fan and motor are working as designed. Unit is not making any unusal noises on todays visit. Unit is working as designed. no further work needed.

"CX complains unit is not heating again. Venting has improved but is slightly restricted, gave cx advise how to improve air flow. Found tco was failed again as well as element to be shorting to chasis. Was able to replace with pre i.d parts, retested unit and unit now works as designed. no further work needed."

Cx complaint unit not cleaning properly. Found unit in tight room jammed in with dryer and no room for movement. Ran autotest with no issues but cx will need to have unit installed properly. Unit checks good no further work needed
