I went over findings with CX and advised he have a licensed electrician look at this. CX paid 139.00 for service by CC. Job is complete"

"CX complaint is Wm shuts off mid cycle. Inspected/tested and heard cold water valve making loud buzzing noise.. Exposed valve but was not clogged. Replaced valve from pre-id. When attempting to test unit the lid locked but did not register with control and the unit only filled with water and stopped. Note to return tech. CX has unit plugged in behind WM and the WM is on the same breaker as the MW in kitchen. Ordering lid latch, re-order control. Ordering capacitor, actuator and return with pre-id splutch. Cannot reschedule due to part availability; ordrng 1 W11670519 (lid latch) and 1 W11627413 (control) and 1 W11481722 (actuator) and 1 W11395618 (capacitor)"
