Was unable to remove washplate to complete gearcase replacement. Washplate will need to be cut/drilled off. Called parts specalist and rescheudled for 12/8/23.; ordrng 1 W10752283 (washplate)

Cx complaint is unit not cooling. On arrival found unit empty of refrigerant. Was able to find leak from previously installed dye drier. Repaired defectivew lockring fitting and replaced drier and coupler and compressor. Vacumed down and refilled with 49g of r600a. Low side pressure settled at 12in vacum. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete.

Cx complaint is unit not filling with water. Found the unit working as designd and its possible that the sink was not turned on. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete.

Cx complaint is unit not completing cycles. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the cx is filling the unit with the lid open and adding clothes while its filling with clothes. This is causing the unit to not sense properly and not complete cycles. Explained use and care to the cx and unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.
