installled new tub and tested unit four leaks no leaks found

arrived found unti is still cooling good freezer side has always made ice and never had temp issue. cx said when noise happens she opens fridge side since it sounds like its coming from there and temps go up but i think temps go up due to door being open. temp is at 35 in fridge. i listen to cx video and noise sounds like vibrating noise. i pulled unit out and replaced inverter on compressor looked like it was cracked then found 3 s.s. lines touching metal deff causong some noise snapped pics. adjusted lines and and tested is test 5 ramped compressor full speed and sounds good. told cx to keep an eye on unit and to call us back if noise comes back. unit is good to go

"cx complaint is the unit completing the cycle but the lights on the console never moving to done. confirmed complaint, unit had been run in the morning and was done by 9;30am but the washing light was still on and light on front is still blue. found no saved codes, unit completed service cycle with no issues. called techline, they had no known issues with board or console but recomended replacing both together to be safe. ordering both parts. scchedule when available.; ordrng 1 W11622490 (console) and 1 W11410066 (control board)"

"cx complaint unti is no longer cooling in both sections. inspected unit and confirmed no longer cooling the lights are on evap fan is running compressor is running no frost pattern and no signs of leak on eavp no oil on the evap fittings. compressor is warm and seems ok so hooked guages up and found 26inch vac on low side and high side was 5 pressures equalized at 1, removed straiters to find really no freon in the system seemed like air filled unit with nitrogen to 140psi and after 10 min or so pressure dropped about 5 psi in about 10 more minutes while i was soapy watering all s.s. tubing to find no leaks. called techline spoke to tj told him whats going and we agreed leak is in cabinet and cant be fixed, left cx with file number;"

"cx complained unit was making loud humming noises. confirmed cx complaint after inspecting unit. lud humming noises were coming from the compressor, and unit stops cooling when humming noise is happening. compressor hot to the touch. call ss tech, he advised to replace compressor. 7 in stock; ordrng 1 W11109499 (drier) and 1 W11557671 (compressor) and 1 W11504431 and 1 W11504415 and 1 W11504416 and 1 W11506635 and 1 W11567494 (inverter)"
